Festival is almost here!!!
The gates open Wednesday morning, October 16, at 9 a.m.
We so look forward to seeing you there!
Registration booth hours are 9:00 a.m – 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday through Friday.
Saturday registration hours are 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and
Sunday hours are 9:00 a.m. – noon.

Check In: Upon arrival, all Festival attendees are required to check in. During the check in process you will receive your Festival wristband. You must wear your wristband at all times. Lost wristbands can be replaced at registration by showing your ID. Anyone discovered on the grounds not registered or discovered wearing someone else's wristband will be subject to expulsion from Autumn Meet for trespassing. All minors' wristbands will be marked to identify them as such.
After you check in, find a place to camp. There is ample camping space under the huge old live oaks. Unload your belongings and move your car to the parking lot. Be sure to have your parking pass in your windshield.

We would prefer that you stay on site, lending your presence and energy to the
village, but outside obligations sometimes prevent us from being here the whole
event and if you find that you must go,
If you need to leave after the gates are closed, no problem,
a Team Phoenix member will be more than happy to open it for you.
