Please bring a donation or two for our auction!!

During each festival we sponsor an auction and a raffle. We do this to raise extra money to purchase supplies and equipment, to keep the cost of our festivals down to make them more affordable, and to sponsor some scholarships and discounts for our older members who are now retired and living on a fixed income. They are such an asset to our Phamily and community.

Papa John is our auction & raffle organizer and usually our auctioneer! The auction is an awesome community event and a show of its own. It’s quite spectacular and heartwarming!

We have our auctions on Saturday so everyone has time to browse the auction items and hopefully find something you like. We always have a large variety of donations and anything is welcome. 

We usually have magical items, dancing and festival playclothes, books, homemade food items, jewelry, musical instruments, crafts, ritual & divination items, homemade mead or other spirits, regifted things you may have received but will never use.

Be creative, clean out your cabinets, drawers, & closets. Bring something for the auction!

And don’t worry about bringing cash for your purchases or that you have enough cash with you. We take cash, check, or credit/bank cards.

Another way we raise money is to sell tickets to a 50/50 raffle. 

The rules are easy. Buy a ticket from registration, Papa John, or one of the Team Phoenix members selling tickets, for $1 or 6 for $5.

All raffle tickets will be put in a jar with the winner pulled at the end of the auction on Saturday.

Whatever money that was raised in the raffle from the ticket sales will be split 50/50 between the winner of the raffle and the festival.

The odds are in your favor and much better than any lottery!!
