DIRECTIONS: CLICK HERE FOR DIRECTIONS FROM GOOGLE MAPS -
PLEASE NOTE – After exiting from I-4 turn right on Kathleen, right again on Fairbanks, then right again on West Bella Vista Dr. – DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS after the I4 exit, there have been changes made to the road that Google is not aware of.
This pagan gathering site is conveniently located in Central Florida at 2505 West Bella Vista Street in Lakeland, FL. This is the same site with the same accommodations as we had in October, at AutumnMeet 2009. The solar showers worked very well, the portopotties were adequate, and we’ll be adding more for this event.
Tent camping is available and RV’s are welcome, but there are no RV hookups on this site. There is no electricity available on site. Generators are welcome but their use will restrict your available camping area choices (this applies to RV’s also). Alternative methods of power generation are also welcomed and encouraged.
The site boasts ample room, drumming all night, a swimming pool, and an owner who is very friendly to all of our community.
Close to Exit 31 from I-4. Phoenix Phyre 2010 will be held in a wonderful grove “Under the Oaks”.
Ground fires are NOT permitted but campfires in those raised portable campfires are, after a safety inspection by our staff to make sure you’ve raked the combustibles away from the fireplace and have water or an extinguisher nearby. There is no extra wood for a fire on site though, so remember to bring wood for your fire!
The site is clothing optional and skyclad friendly. We will be moving the RV area to the eastern side of the site to restrict visual access to that public road, allowing for a greater area of skyclad friendliness.
There are many hotels, restaurants, grocery stores nearby.
Please make every effort to pack out what you pack in. It’s just the right thing to do and “Mom” likes it.

A place to socialize, hang out, sit down, and take a load off. We schedule workshops here at 10am, 1 and 3 PM, but beyond that, feel free to come in, sit down, chat, listen, or even snooze….. It’s a place for all of us to gather when we’re not doing anything else…. we highly recommend spending some time here, the conversations are varied, and Fascinating. We’ve overhead conversations on the most varied topics imaginable, taking some of the weirdest turns you can dream of… We once heard a conversation start with intentional community, and over the next 45 minutes touch on Bronze age jewelry, quantum theory, Japanese swordmaking, Hydrogen fuel, and Performance magic.
