Arrival and Departure

We would prefer that you stayed on site, lending your presence and energy to the village, but outside obligations sometimes prevent us from being here the whole event and if you find that you must go, the gate hours are 9:00 a.m – 9:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.  Saturday gate hours are 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Sundays hours are 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Access will be allowed otherwise , all you have to do is contact us.

Cameras

We don’t want to inhibit your enjoyment and we must take steps to protect our community. Proper identification will be required and everyone with cameras/video equipment will be issued a special armband which must be worn at all times. Anyone observed with a camera/video equipment and without the proper armband will leave the festival, and/or have the camera confiscated and the images destroyed, at the descretion of the Event Coordinator. So please! don’t loan your camera/video equipment to anyone “for a quick shot”. Your cooperation is valued and your sensitivity is necessary for a happy festival experience for everyone.

Additional Site Information

Ritual Fire ~ Is a sacred fire and the heart of our community.  Please do not throw trash, cigarette butts, etc into the community’s heart, it’s not polite!

Smoking Policy ~ Smoking is not permitted in the Sacred Ritual Circle or under any roof on site.
