Grandmother Elspeth
Few of our cultural elders in America ever reach the status of “Living Legend” but 82 year old Grandmother Elspeth, “the Crone on the Road,” has certainly done so. Her reputation for honest advice and earth-based “mountain wisdom” draw people to gather in her teaching circles. Author of the poem, “The Challenge,” and creator of the CD sets “Out of the Forest,” and “Gylantra’s Legacy,” Elspeth Odbert has been conducting workshops on spiritual growth and enrichment since 1991. She is a inspirational teacher and storyteller. leading her listeners on an eco-spiritual path of personal and planetary transformation. Her contributions to personal development include “The Full Blown Rose – Celebrating Women and the Advent of Age,” a four day workshop for women, and “Personal Evolution,” a week end workshop for adults of all genders.
Together, Nybor and Elspeth have created “Gylantra’s Journey,” a storybook to change minds and hearts. When she is not on the road in “Harvey the RV”, Elspeth is at home in West Virginia with her beloved Nybor and two fur persons.
Nybor
Nybor is an internationally honored artist; as well as a healer, teacher, pastoral counselor, spiritual theorist, self-taught ritual magician, and a hermit at heart! Presently he is working on a theory of metaphysics, revealing a new way of looking at the relationship within and between the astral and physical worlds. His art has appeared on national logos, in Science Fiction and Pagan publications, and many paintings and portraits. In 2001 he completed a 3+ year project: “The Nybor Tarot Deck and Book”, a divination system in keeping with our current culture. His current art project is a series of Goddess portraits: thirteen so far! Nybor’s art may be seen at <NyborArt.com> In spite of his own reluctance, he can be found at a few festivals each year. There he teaches, counsels and generally functions as Elder. As such he is available to the Neo-Pagan movement as a resource.
In between, he keeps the home base in West Virginia functioning, the fur persons happy, and a candle burning for Elspeth wherever she is traveling!

Tribal Soup Drum Circle Group
Tribal Soup is the perfect blend of flavor and rhythm. It is a group of people who have played
together for so many years that they can anticipate what is to be, how it will arrive, and how it will be heard. These
ingredients of sounds are always evolving and changing with time and people, each bowl of Tribal Soup is a new and different experience from the last, but it is always a great way to spend your time enjoying. They will take a little bit of this and a pinch of that, pulling from the numerous cultures of drums throughout the world. What arrives on our taste buds is something that mixes the flavors of so many cultures and has no traditional name. Each of us brings an ingredient that is essential to the overall meal of rhythms and sound, and when placed around the fire the sparks of flavor ignite and when you find yourself around the fire dancing, laughing, and being one with the community, you will be wanting another bowl of Tribal Soup.
