Updates Gathering Archives / Gatherings Date: Oct 20, 2004 - 10:29 AM Two more items have come to my attention - it's a bit short notice - but a quick response will be appreciated. First Item - Armbands. It's been a long road to get to this place, but, good bad or otherwise there is a new, solid armband policy. Armbands will be worn at all times, they will always be on the right wrist. We've tried other ways to make this work, but it seems that the best way to handle this is to simply make one rule and apply it across the board. Please understand this is to maximize fairness, not minimize it. Second item. It has been my intention to have one memorial a year, not one per festival. Beginning with AutumnMeet 2004, we are going to do it that way. I think that it would be a goodness to have a space in the guidebook to list those of our Phamily who have passed on. It would be helpfull if people close to those who have moved on would write a short paragraph about our loved ones who have moved on and email it to me within the next 3 days (So we can get it in the guidebook).
