THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR JOINING US!!


We consider vendors as important to festival as workshop leaders and entertainers. Vendors add to our festivals and give back to us with the merchandise you sell to our Phamily.  Sometimes this is the only place Phamily can purchase the items they need as there are no pagan or occult shops near them.  For many of our Phamily members, this is the only festival they attend all year. This is the only chance they get to buy merchandise of this type.

The merchant fee for this gathering is $25.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. space (this is in addition to registration fees). Multiple merchant spaces may be purchased, please check with our Assistant Coordinator by emailing him at: vendor@phoenixfestivals.com or allen@phoenixfestivals.com for availability or to answer any questions you may have.

       The number of  merchant sites are limited.

 Vendors must provide their own booths. They can be as elaborate or as simple as you wish. Most vendors use a 10 x 10 pop-up with a few tables. We are sorry but at this time we do not have electricity available. 

Vendors are responsible for their own taxes, property and wares. Phoenix Festivals, Inc., or Team Phoenix cannot be held responsible for any losses that arise from vending. Most vendors camp behind their booths where there is room, but your car must be parked in the designated parking area.

Vendors may not sell or barter the following:   food (unless you are an approved food vendor), alcoholic beverages, tobacco, tobacco products, paraphernalia for tobacco use, firearms, other incendiary devices, and any other item prohibited by local, state or federal laws. There is absolutely no sale or bartering of tattoo, piercing, or other body modification services.  

Merchant spaces are limited to pagan merchandise and all vendors are subject to approval by Team Phoenix. The approval process takes a few days and you will be notified by email. 

We will post on this page when Merchant sites are no longer available. Be sure to fill in all spaces that are required on this form and please be detailed when describing your merchandise.

    It is very important to give a colorful description of your wares. It attracts folks to your booth.

    We will be posting your descriptions on the vendors page of this site . So please give us details in order to attract your customers. If you have a website, please list it and we will add it to our "Links" page.
    ***Merchants are required to have fire extinguishers displayed on the outside of their     
    booths (bunjie cords work great!).

Now that you have clicked the submit button you must complete the registration by continuing down to the registration fees. Please add them to your cart and complete your transaction. If you do not complete this transaction and check out, your vendor registration will not be accepted and we will not hold a reservation to secure a vendor spot.

If you wish to purchase a meal ticket or register other members of your Phamily, please visit the  "General Registration Form" in the drop-down menu and click on meal ticket. The check-out will add them all together for you.
